Why? Because what you see in the glossy manufactured brochure (and online)
is all too often very dissimilar to reality. By rating your university,
not only will you be ensuring your university cleans up its act in poor
performing areas but also, you’ll be ensuring that students after
you receive a better quality of service from their respective universities.
If Universities want your fees, they have to offer a
satisfactory level of service. The question is: are they?
